ABSTRAK

As a leader should have a good leadership and having the agility is also good can pass to his subordinates. As said by the Diplomat, the origin of France, Charles Maurice de Talleyrand,"a hundred sheep led by a lion would be far more dangerous than a hundred Lions led a goat". Indonesia needs a leader who not only has the soul of leadership but also as a problem to solve problems occurred. To achieve a remarkable change required great dream realized with great leadership and a commitment to build together with his subordinates. From the figure of Ignatius Jonan, Ridwan Kamil, Tri Risma Harini and Yoyok Riyo Sudibyo, is not only the soul of leadership at their disposal but also agility in resolving problems faced by quickly and closely.
