ABSTRAK

The challenge for indonesia as a developing country obviously has limited resources for participation in international activities. Because of those reasons make developing countries need help from other countries. Such assistance by foreign capital investment is assessed will accelerate economic growth in the country and the prosperity of the community can be improved. As developing countries Indonesia being one of the countries targeted for foreign companies to be able to infuse capital in the country. Indonesia ranks are always in the top ten countries that promise to try. This can only be good news when seen from the positive impact of foreign capital investment, such as the creation of jobs for the local workforce, skills and specific competencies of harmonious on the local workforce, the harmonious spirit of entrepreneurship at local businessmen and improve earnings and decent enough, and others. However, with the presence of foreign investment has a number of effects that negatively impact for national interests. To avoid that, there must be clear rules in the policy of foreign investment in Indonesia.
