ABSTRAK

Cooperatives are economic forces that lately developed rapidly in Indonesian society. These developments strongly felt of benefits both for its members and for the current economic development. The existence of cooperatives is useful to encourage economic growth that is being dropped, it is proved by the emergence of new entrepreneurs who create new jobs to absorb labor. Therefore, the cooperative used as a cornerstone of the economy in Indonesia. In the economic life of today's society, cooperatives proved indispensable and has a crucial especially in order to encourage the growth of small and medium enterprises sector. With the cooperative economic actors among small and medium micro helped once both in terms of capital, the need for raw materials and marketing of products produced. On this occasion, the researchers conducted a study on the existing cooperatives. The aim of this study was to: 1) describe the development of cooperatives, 2) the effect of net income of the cooperative and its members, 3) determine the satisfaction of members of the cooperative. The data analysis technique used is descriptive theory. The findings include: cooperative during the study period, of Business has developed very significant. The size of the transaction with the cooperative members will greatly affect the rest of Results of Operations (SHU) obtained members. Business Profits of a cooperative is also influenced by the amount of service fees from its members are also the costs incurred by the cooperative.
