ABSTRAK

The aims of this research is to analyze the influence of age, socio economic status, teacher competence, and supervision toward teacher creativity, with need for achievment as a moderating variabels. This research is quantitative research. The population of this study was 246 teachers in primary schools. The number of samples of each school were determined using proportional random sampling technique. Data is collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study using regression analysis, t test and multiple linear regression analysis with absolute residual. The conclusions of this research are: (1) age has a positive effect on teachers creativity, (2) socioeconomic status has a positive effect on teachers creativity (3) competency has a positive effect on teachers creativity, (4) supervision has of a positive effect on teachers creativity, (5) N-Ach has a positive effect on teachers creativity, (6) N-Ach has a moderatting effect in the influence of socioeconomic status toward teachers creativity, (7) N-Ach has not moderating the influence of age, competence and supervision toward teacher creativity. This study make a clear description about teacher creativity at school.
