ABSTRAK

This research aims at: 1) to know the influence of factors of intrinsic motivation (responsibility, recognition, and development) on performance of nurses in RSUD 45.2) to know the influence of Extrinsic Motivation factor (incentives, work environment, and hyphen) on performance of nurses in RSUD 45.3) to know the influence of factors of intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic Motivation and jointly on performance of nurses in RSUD 45 . This research was conducted at the RSUD 45 Kuningan employees. Research methods and data types used are surveys and quantitative data. The population in this research is the overall Nurse which includes surgical nurse, NERS, dental Nurse, nurse anesthesia, nurse and nurse children more of 158 people. The samples examined were taken as much as 25% of the total population that is as much as 39.5 or rounded up to 40 people. Research instruments and sampling Techniques used was Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling because it populations have layered or stratified arrangement (Margono 2004). Technique of data analysis used in this study i.e., multiple linear regression and correlation, covering test validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of classical, multiple regression test, test the hypothesis with the test t (partially) and F (together). The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equation regression through Y = -5.372 + 0.208 + 0.824 + 0.262 + 0.533 + 0.344 + 0.473 it is known thatthe regression equation indicates a positive influence of variable responsibility, recognition, development, incentives, work environment and relationships against the performance of the nurses. The value of the adjusted R Square = 0.943 means collectively, the entire free variable 94.3% of contributing to changes in the variable Y that is the performance of the nurses. The results of the analysis using the t-test istcount greater than ttableso that it can be summed up the factors of intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic Motivation, intrinsic motivation and extrinsic jointly significant positive effect on performance of nurses in RSUD 45 Kuningan.
